2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Candles (unless damaged or defective)
• Doormats (unless damaged or defective)
• Wall decals (all sales final due to custom application)

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by processing your payment and shipping the product. We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties which vary by country.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and in original packaging
• In resalable condition
• With all tags and protective coverings attached

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return results from our error. For international returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Household Improvement Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your orders shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
