Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles and doormats unless they arrive damaged or defective. All wall decals are final sale due to their custom application nature.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
